Beha is the premier LOCAL bridal preparation and preservation cleaner in the Louisville area. In 2007, we helped over 250 brides get their dress ready for the big day and preserve it once it was done. We never send or ship your dress anywhere; all work is done on site!

Wedding Dress Preservation
After your special day, Beha's can clean and help preserve your dress for years to come.
Prior to the wedding day, purchase an undyed, unbleached cotton sheet. Wash it in hot water without detergent.
On your wedding day, as soon as you take off your dress, wrap it in the sheet. NEVER store the dress in a plastic bag. Keep the dress as flat as possible and keep away from sunlight and damp areas.
Bring your dress to Beha's within two weeks of the wedding day. If you will still be on your honeymoon, arrange for someone to take care of this for you.
Upon arriving at Beha's, we will inspect the dress with you and note any stains or other areas that need special attention. Let us know if you want it preserved in a museum-quality box or if you will keep it in hanging storage.
Beha's will expertly clean and press your dress by hand.
We will call you to schedule a time to view your dress. If we are boxing it for you, you may also bring in any special momentos from the occasion like an invitation or gloves that you will like included with the dress.
Wedding Dress Storage
If have we boxed the dress for you, be sure to store it in a dry place away from heat or moisture. Do not store in the basement or attic!
If you are keeping in hanging storage, re-wash the sheet in hot water (without detergent). You may also want to stuff the dress with acid-free tissue paper to help it keep its shape and from. Wrap the dress in the sheet and hang in a dry place away from heat or moisture.
